SAHIWAL: A youth axed to death his fiancée in village 124/9-L and fled.

The Kameer police registered a murder FIR on the complaint of Muhammad Ali that suspect Nisar Ahmed solemnised nikah with his sister, Balqees, a year ago. Later, the family stopped leave-taking of her when it learned that Nisar’s repute was not good.

On Tuesday, he axed Balqees to death near her house.

The Kameer police are raiding places to arrest the killer.
