Faisalabad: A court on Thursday awarded life imprisonment to man for robbing and killing a woman in 2012. Sughra Bib was coming back from a bank when Wasim Qaiser assaulted her. He slit her throat and took away her money. Judge Aram Sheikh sentenced Qaiser to life imprisonment, The judge also ordered the convict to pay Rs 200,000 compensation her family.
