LAHORE: A 10-year-old girl has survived a rape attempt in Liaqatabad.

Reportedly, the victim was visiting a nearby shop to buy a toy when the suspect lured her and attempted to rape the victim. When the girl cried for help, the suspect fled from the scene.

Police registered a case and arrested the suspect within four hours of the incident.

The arrested suspect was identified as Mukhtiar.
