PAKPATTAN: Three people killed a woman and injured another over a minor issue at Qaboola Town on Sunday.
Muhammad Abbas had exchanged hot words with Muhammad Ameen, Rasheed Ahmad and Muhammad Aslam some days ago. On the day of the incident, Ameen, Rasheed Ahmad and Aslam entered the house of Abbas and allegedly beat his wife Azra Bibi with bricks.
Her neighbour Zubaida Bibi came to rescue her but the accused also beat her with bricks. As a result, Zubaida was killed on the spot while Azra was seriously injured. Police have registered a case.
