A man shot dead his two daughters-in-law in the name ‘honour’ (karo-kari) in the Buddho Khan Bhangwar village in Bakhshapur area, Kandhkot-Kashmore district, on Wednesday.
Reports reaching here said the suspect identified as Gul Khan Bhangwar had shot and killed Rahiman, wife of Rahmatullah Bhangwar, and Reshman, wife of Bajar, and fled.
Receiving information about the double murder, the area police rushed to spot, took detail of the incident and moved the bodies to the Bakhshapur hospital for a post-mortem examination.
Later they shifted the bodies to a Kashmore hospital due to a lack of facilities at the Bakhshapur hospital.
Bakhshapur SHO Rafiq Khero told local reporters that when the police reached to arrest the suspected man, he had already fled after vacating his home.
