KARACHI: A youth killed his own father to take revenge of lifelong torture on mother.
According to initial details, a 22-year-old man, Seedul Islam, hit an iron tool on the head of his father, allegedly to stop his mother from being tortured again, thus killing him in Irfan Town, North Nazimabad.
The police rushed to the scene after receiving information about the incident and took Islam into custody.
He told the police during an initial probe that his father used to torture his mother brutally on regular basis. He disliked father’s lifelong treatment to his mother, but controlled himself. “I lost my self control today, when saw him (father) beating my mother brutally. I was carrying an iron tool in hand and hit him with that in anger,” said the boy, adding that he did not kill his father, intentionally.
