LAHORE: The Central Investigation Agency has arrested the second accused in the alleged rape of a five-year-old girl.
Police detained the suspect’s wife and sister and raided a house in the Batapur area, where he was arrested.
On Saturday last week, police arrested a robber, Ejaz alias Jajji, after he was found to be driving while in possession of an illegal weapon. He confessed to the rape during interrogation. The second suspect said that while he was present during the rape, he did not commit it.
