LAHORE: Lahore High Court Chief Justice on Friday disposed of a suo motu case, directing police to hold impartial investigation into the alleged abduction and rape of a fifteen years old girl.

The FIR of the case was lodged at South Cantonment police station. Brother of Sara, Ali Murtaza along with parents had appeared before the chief justice in chamber and complained about the non-recovery of her 15-year-old sister named Sara Yousaf.

On the last date of hearing, the girl was produced before the court and the chief justice had sent her to Darrul Amman. The CJ had also ordered to quash an abduction case lodged on report of Saraís brother Ali Murtaza against one Saleem, as the girl called the accused as her husband.

However, on Friday, Sara in her statement leveled allegation of rape against Salim Ali and wished to go with her parents.

The chief justice directed the SHO concerned, present in the courtroom, to convey the courtís orders to the investigation officer that he should hold investigation into the case in an impartial and just manner.

With these directions, the CJ disposed of the suo motu case accordingly.
