MIRPURKHAS: Ms Hina Talpur, resident of Mir Shahzad Talpur village, while recording her statement before the civil judge and judicial magistrate Mirpurkhas-I, here on Monday said that she was not kidnapped but had gone with Mohammad Zubair Rind on her own free will, got married with him and was pregnant.

The Town police had recovered her three days back from Karachi from the possession of Mohammad Zubair son of Noor Mohammad Rind.

She requested the court to provide protection to her and her husband. Mohammad Zubair, arrested by town police from Karachi was on a five day police remand. He was also produced in the court and was freed after Ms Hina’s statement.

The Court allowed her to go with her husband and ordered the police to provide them protection. Later, the couple left court for Karachi in heavy police escorting.

Police said that Hina had been missing for the last two months while her father Mohammad Bux Talpur lodged a kidnapping case at the Town Police station on June 15 against three unknown persons.
