KARACHI: The Ministry of women Development has asked the Central Board of Revenue (CBR( to nominate women officials excelling in the department for the Mader-e-Millat medals. All regional commissioner of income tax, all director generals, all collectorate /director of customs and federal excise, all commissioners of income tax (appeals), Director DRS,CBR Islamabad, the chief co-ordinator, computer wing, DT Islamabad, the chief co-ordinator, computer wing (C&E) Islamabad and the director (IOCO) , Karachi were asked for the nomination for Mohatarma Fatima Jinnah gold/silver/bronze medals for outstanding performance by women excelling in different fields. In pursuance of the President of Pakistan’s directive, the Ministry of Women Development is regularly awarding “Motharma Fatima Jinnah Medals” annually in 20 different fields. Accordingly, the Minister of Women Development will organize the medals distribution ceremony on the eve of either death or birthday anniversary of Mohtarma Fatima Jinnah, falling on July 9,2007 or July 31,2007.
